January N'Title contribution No.1

This is my first contribution and I made it for all those photos of kids madly ripping open presents, diving into their stockings, the look of joy when they get exactly what they asked for and the messy aftermath. I've included the Santa separately so it caould also be used for cards or with other titles.

My 2nd contribution

Here is another of my files you will find in the December N'Titled files. I also cut this one small enough to fit on a card. Don't you just love the play on words......I do :-)

Oops.........I completely forgot to post yesterday. Sorry about that but its better late than never, right?

Anyway continuing on with the gift theme I've made these bows. They could be combined with some strips of cardstock to turn any page or card into a gift or simply used as embellishments on pages about little girls hair etc

No Time Like the Presents Title

OK I know this is not the lesson we want our kids to learn but the truth is that when they are young the best thing about Christmas or their birthday is the PRESENTS! Can you really blame them. This is another file that I've made to go on my Christmas morning page. This title is available in AI, GSD, KNK, SCUT, SVG & WPC cutting file formats.

Trimming the Tree Title

People who have been following my blog for a while might recognise this file. This file was removed from the blog over 6 months ago because it just would not convert cleanly to any other format. This file has been completely re-worked and designed from scratch in KNK GE studio, the lines are now a lot cleaner and it cut beautifully in all formats. This titles and the currency bundle are now available on That's Scrap Inc.

This is the file I made for the blog hunt although people who were observant enough to find it already know that. If you didn't find it and want it, the file will be available on That's Scrap Inc shortly.

Teachers Gift

I thought I would share this today as well. I've made 2 of these for my daughters school teacher. If you look closely you will see that I've cut the trees from my Christmas Ornaments file and adhered them around the bottom. Just another idea on how you could use these files.

The jar is a maccona coffee jar and the papers are by Kaiser craft

Christmas Ornaments

I'm just taking a break from the pool side files for a couple of days because I thought I would share these files because they will be on That's Scrap Inc before the pool files.

I made theses files because I wanted to make some of my own Christmas decorations this year. Because I cant cut chipboard I have cut several layers in cardstock and glued them together to make them sturdier. I also flipped the file to make a backing for the ornaments which also allowed me to encase the string. These files could also be used to make beautiful Christmas cards.

Christmas door hanger

This is the first thing I've made using the Decorative Stars files. I made this as a gift for a friend and I will be giving it to her tomorrow and I hope she likes it. Because I have a craft robo and can't cut chipboard I cut the stars in cardstock 8 times and then glued them together to make them sturdier.

Decorative Stars

I've made these stars because I want to do a page on our hotel in Thailand and I itntend the title to be "5 star accomodations, 5 star service". When i had finished cutting these stars it also occured to me that they would be great for Christmas projects. As the week goes on I will show you lots of ideas for titles and projects using these stars.

Last of my Christmas cards for the swap

These are the last of my cards that I've made for the Christmas cards swap that I joined, its not due till the middle of November but I can't wait for all the beautiful cards that others have made to start arriving in my letter box :-)

This one is made from bazzill cardstock and uses the Tim Holtz "Just Believe" stamp set and the genuine article stamp is from Stampin up. I was going for a whole "Polar Express" type theme so I've decided to hang a sleigh bell from the ribbon when I make the rest.

I can't even begin to list the products I've used on this card, there are so many of them. This card was my chance to experiment with different products and techniques and it sure was fun to create.

I'm going on a craft retreat this weekend so I will not be around to answer any emails. I will reply on Monday if anyone has any queries or questions.

Christmas cards - religious / nativity

I've joined 2 religious / nativity Christmas card groups.
This one is made with Stampin up cardstock in "purely pomegranate" and "wild wasabi" as well as pearlized paper. The stamp set is from inkadinkado and I've used gold embossing powder. The ribbon is just from my collection and the bible phrase is printed off the computer.

This card is made with stampin up cardstock in "soft sky" and "blue bayou" as well as brown bazzill. The picture is a painting by Seward which I printed out and distressed. The fibre is hemp and the stamp is from an inkadinkado set.

Christmas Card - traditional colours

Well Rhonda's home and (has minimal damage) the "Lets Fly bundle" is now available on That's Scrap Inc. I've decided to keep sharing my cards this week to give her a break and I'll start posting files again next week.
Any way this is a card I made for a traditional colours Christmas card swap. Its made with bazzill cardstock, pearlized paper, red glitter and a couple of layered primas with liquid glass on them to make the shiny. the centre of the flower is a kaiser craft half pearl and the stamp is Stampin Up's All about Christmas jumbo roller used with handsome hunter ink.
The scallop edge on the card is cut on my craft robo so if anyone wants this simple file follow the link for the download. This file is available in AI, GSD, KNK, SVG & WPC.

Presents

Here is another party related file :) This file could be used for birthdays, Christmas or even gift opening from a wedding etc. Would also make a nice addition to the front of a card. This file is available separately but will also form part of the "Party Time Bundle".

Christmas Concert

My sons preschool holds a Christmas concert at the end of each year. I made this file to go with the photos taken there but it could be used for any Christmas concert. The title is double matted and the music notes are negative cuts out of the red mat so you do not have to adhere them. The poinsettia is a 3 piece paper piecing so not much to worry about there either. I cut the first mount in CM silver shimmer paper but it does look a bit grey on the screen.

Present titles

Well Christmas is over, the presents are unwrapped, photos have been taken, mess is cleaned up and now its time to scrap.

I've made both these titles for the photos of my kids unwrapping their presents on Christmas morning. I haven't decided which one I'm going to use yet. I cut them both in Christmas colours but they could easily be cut in different colours for birthday pages, or even opening wedding gifts etc.

Opening presents is a double mounted title, the detail on the presents is created by a negative cut so there is not lots of little pieces to adhere

Opening Presents = $2.49 AUD

Gifts Galore is a double mounted title and presents in a line element for embellishing a page.

Dear Santa

I think children writing letters to Santa is one of the most wonderful things about Christmas. The kids start to get excited and Mummy and Daddy get to find out exactly what will make Christmas morning special. I made this as a present for my creative memories consultant after seeing the letters her children had written for Santa. If you purchase this file you will get the title and scroll element, the letters on the scroll cut in the negative so there is not hundreds of little pieces to adhere.

Carols by Candlelight

My daughters school is having their Carols by Candlelight in 2 weeks and she is performing so I thought I would get myself prepared for future scrapbooking. The only thing I've added after cutting is a little bit of chalking around the flame and the melted wax. I'm really happy with this file because even though it looks like a difficult cut my robo cut it in no time.
