Bananas

I couldn't do a monkey bundle and not include some bananas :-) especially after watching Deanna throwing bananas to the monkey's at Monkey Beach and having them swim out to the boat to get some more. Up until this point in my life I had no idea that monkey's could swim so I found it fascinating to watch. Here is one of our holiday photo's

Although I've made these bananas to go with my monkeys they could also be used to make really nice pages of eating banana splits or going bananas etc.

Monkeys

Here are all the monkey's together. They are not available on That's Scrap Inc yet because I want to wait until all the accompanying files are ready as well.
Monkeys = $5.99

Monkey 3

Here is the last of my monkey's for now. I decided to give this one a bit more of a surprised, unsure, face because monkey's are not always happy. When I get myself organised I will post the picture and price of all the monkey's together. Of course all the monkey's and some titles and other files will also eventually become a bundle for those like to get everything all together.

This is the second of my monkey's. There will be one more and then I will start posting the other files that will eventually form the Monkey Bundle.

Monkey 1

I need some monkey files because whilst we were in Thailand we saw a monkey show and also went to monkey beach. This is the first of the monkey's that I've made and it along with some other monkey's, titles and possibly some other stuff will eventually form a bundle.

Last of my Christmas cards for the swap

These are the last of my cards that I've made for the Christmas cards swap that I joined, its not due till the middle of November but I can't wait for all the beautiful cards that others have made to start arriving in my letter box :-)

This one is made from bazzill cardstock and uses the Tim Holtz "Just Believe" stamp set and the genuine article stamp is from Stampin up. I was going for a whole "Polar Express" type theme so I've decided to hang a sleigh bell from the ribbon when I make the rest.

I can't even begin to list the products I've used on this card, there are so many of them. This card was my chance to experiment with different products and techniques and it sure was fun to create.

I'm going on a craft retreat this weekend so I will not be around to answer any emails. I will reply on Monday if anyone has any queries or questions.

Christmas cards - religious / nativity

I've joined 2 religious / nativity Christmas card groups.
This one is made with Stampin up cardstock in "purely pomegranate" and "wild wasabi" as well as pearlized paper. The stamp set is from inkadinkado and I've used gold embossing powder. The ribbon is just from my collection and the bible phrase is printed off the computer.

This card is made with stampin up cardstock in "soft sky" and "blue bayou" as well as brown bazzill. The picture is a painting by Seward which I printed out and distressed. The fibre is hemp and the stamp is from an inkadinkado set.

Christmas Card - traditional colours

Well Rhonda's home and (has minimal damage) the "Lets Fly bundle" is now available on That's Scrap Inc. I've decided to keep sharing my cards this week to give her a break and I'll start posting files again next week.
Any way this is a card I made for a traditional colours Christmas card swap. Its made with bazzill cardstock, pearlized paper, red glitter and a couple of layered primas with liquid glass on them to make the shiny. the centre of the flower is a kaiser craft half pearl and the stamp is Stampin Up's All about Christmas jumbo roller used with handsome hunter ink.
The scallop edge on the card is cut on my craft robo so if anyone wants this simple file follow the link for the download. This file is available in AI, GSD, KNK, SVG & WPC.

Hurricane Ike and cards

Now you may wonder what hurricane Ike has to do with me when I'm in Australia lol. Not a lot except the lovely lady (Rhonda) who loads my files onto That's Scrap Inc has had to flee her home and at this point I don't know when she will be able to return home. This is why the "Let's Fly Bundle" has not yet been uploaded and why rather than post more files this week I'm going to show you some other things I've been up to.

Once again I've joined a card swap :-). This time it is a Christmas card swap because you can never have too many Christmas cards and because it's not too far away. This week while waiting for Rhonda to return home I'm going to share some of my creations for the card swap.

Lets Fly Layout

Sorry that I didn't have a mid week post this week but life happens and I've been incredibly busy. Anyway this is the layout I created using some files from the "Lets Fly Bundle". The photo is of my husband and children at the airport just before we went through customs. I thought is was a nice way to start our album of our holiday to Thailand.

Plane

Well its no surprise to everyone who checks in often, but for those who haven't, my family recently went on a holiday. Now while we didn't take a lot of photo's in the airport I made sure we got some so I could scrap the beginning of our adventure. To showcase these photo's i made this file but I think it has more uses than just going on holiday. It could be used for photo's seeing someone else off on their big adventure or for something as simple as your child playing with aeroplanes or running around the yard with there arms out stretched pretending to fly. This file is available on its own but will also form part of a bundle, which is yet to be named.

Party Time Bundle

This is all the Party Time files bundled together. In this bundle you will get the "Party Time Title", the "Birthday Cake" paper piecing and the "Presents" paper piecing. This bundle has all the elements to create a great birthday party page or to capture any other type of celebration such as New Year etc. Some of the files or elements would also be very nice additions to the front of greeting cards. Make a birthday card with a blower or a cake on the front. This bundle is available in AI, GSD, KNK, SVG or WPC file formats and can be purchased by emailing me or by visiting That's Scrap Inc.

Party Time Bundle = $5.99

I love patterned paper and buy lots of it but I really struggle to use it. For this layout I decided to just go for it, if you can't use patterned paper on a party layout where can you use it :-) This is Deanna's 7th birthday party which was held at Hungry Jacks. Hope you like. Files from my "Party Time Bundle"
