I made this card file to be a freebie attached to the That's Scrap Inc newsletter. If you want this file make sure you pop over to That's Scrap Inc and subscribe to the newsletter. I wanted this file to be pretty enough to use as is but also adaptable enough that it could easily be embellished to make something truley beautiful.

Joanne I have wrote to Sherri and I have signed up for the newsletter as I LOVE this card but I haven't received the newsletter as of yet anyway. Can you help shed any light please and thank you.
