This is the last of the borders for now. This one really needs to be cut at 12 inches or very close to it. If you attempted to cut this file to small then you would get problems with the detail.

PP flower border

This file is another 12 inch border. It is not as detailed as tomorrows post so it could be cut smaller if desired. It is a 3 layered paper piecing and the yellows of the flowers are quite large as there is a circle cut out of the centre of each flower. I did this mainly because I hate adhering little bits of paper. I've cut this file with 2 colours of flowers but you could easily use more colours or just use one colour.

Flourish Border

This file is the first of the borders I was asked to create. They are designed to be cut 12 inches long which will require a sightly longer mat than the standard mat provided with most cutters. They will also require some pretty accurate paper positioning if you want to get a precise 12 inch cut. I'm not that clever, so I cut mine approximately 11 3/4 inches long, and if I do say so myself, they still look fabulous on the page.

Make a wish

My son had his 4th birthday on Tuesday and I made this file for his birthday page. I don't let my kids have parties until they start school so I find that you really only get photos of them opening there presents and blowing out the candles on the cake. This file is for his cake photos.

This file was another request by a customer. I don't know much about the topic so I could only come up with the one title and a couple of diecuts. I have also done the title with the word Karate which I will post shortly.

My Big Announcement

I have started designing my files in KNK GE Studio. Basically this means nothing to most Craft Robo, Wishblade & Silhouette owners however it does mean that people with other types of cutters will now be able to use my files. When you get a zip file now it will contain the GSD file, KNK file and AI file.

At this point I am not going to spend hours converting my old files, but I will slowly go through them as time allows. Every new file posted after today will definately come in all formats.

I'm very excited about this and just love the capabilities of my new program. Hope you all will also enjoy what I come up with.

Sleepover

I made this file because my daughters kindy class mascot came for a sleepover (it was a cuddly racoon soft toy called chester).

Honoured / Honored

This file comes with both spellings to accomadate different parts of the world. The title and swirls are both single matted. I used these files for a DPS that I made of myself collecting an award my father received posthumously. The files are a little more formal than my normal style but there are always times in your life that require a little bit of class. Hope you like.

Easter bunny with egg

Here is another file perfect for Easter cards. This little bunny is an easily assembled paper piecing, that comes with a square mat and corner mat, ready to stick straight on the front of a standard card. It could also be cut as a cute scrapbooking embellishment.

As I've said before these files were made by request and I've had a great time making files for a topic that I normally wouldn't look at (neither of my kids are riders). When I was asked to create these horse files the customer asking described how her daughter had found her first love and it was her horse. I made this file with that in mind.

Pony Ride

I've had a request from a customer for some horse / horse riding files. Pony ride is the first of five files that will be available on this topic over the next week. The file consists of the title welded with the pony paper piecing. I have also included the mat for the pony separately for versatility. Peckish Pelicans

One of our local attractions is the daily pelican feeding. Even though I have lived near by all my life I had never gone to see this. While my mum was visiting we decided it was time to go so we took the kids. I've got some great photos of some very hungry birds and these files were made to go with them.
