This file is the first of the borders I was asked to create. They are designed to be cut 12 inches long which will require a sightly longer mat than the standard mat provided with most cutters. They will also require some pretty accurate paper positioning if you want to get a precise 12 inch cut. I'm not that clever, so I cut mine approximately 11 3/4 inches long, and if I do say so myself, they still look fabulous on the page.
